Welcome to Corsa Garage. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. About the App
Corsa Garage is a mobile game available on iOS and Android. The app allows you to build and manage a Formula 1 racing team, develop car parts, and compete in races. The game features a 16-bit retro aesthetic.
2. Eligibility
You may use Corsa Garage if you are at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Corsa Garage for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
4. In-App Purchases
Corsa Garage offers optional in-app purchases, including but not limited to cosmetic items, car liveries, and gameplay enhancements. All purchases are final and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be directed to the respective store.
In-app purchases provide no real-world monetary value and cannot be traded, sold, or transferred outside the app. We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or remove purchasable items at any time.
5. Advertising
The app displays advertisements from third-party ad networks. By using the app, you acknowledge that ads will be shown during gameplay. You may have the option to watch ads voluntarily in exchange for in-game rewards.
6. Virtual Items & Currency
Any virtual items, currency, or resources earned or purchased within Corsa Garage exist solely within the game. They have no real-world value. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, modify, or remove virtual items at our discretion to maintain game balance.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Redistribute, sublicense, or make the app available to third parties
8. Intellectual Property
All content in Corsa Garage — including graphics, artwork, sounds, music, game mechanics, text, and code — is owned by Corsa Garage or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.
9. Availability & Updates
We may update, modify, or discontinue the app (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app. We are not liable for any loss of game progress due to updates, device changes, or app removal.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Corsa Garage is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corsa Garage and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or in-app purchases.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app and on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
